STUDENT YOGA PROGRAMS
Bringing Yoga into school settings
Yoga has many benefits to the body and mind. It helps promote physical strength, flexibility, endurance and promotes positive body image. It also is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleeping and eating habits. Yoga within the school system is proven to be beneficial for students education and health and wellbeing.

Angela has taught body positive programs and mediation to Shuswap Middle School, Cultural Medicine Wheel Yoga Program for the SMS wellness workshop fair, as well as a weekly yoga class at Okanagan College Salmon Arm Campus as part of their Stress Less Program. She is dedicated to offer yoga programs to our youth to promote happier healthier youth in our community.
