Reiki Sound Bath 

Saturday October 1st from 1-4pm

 Flow with the feelings of Fall and practice moving your energy in this workshop that explores meditation, yin yoga (with hands on assists), reiki, sound healing, chanting, EFT tapping, community and more.   

This class empowers students as they practice various ways to regulate their nervous systems, learning techniques that shift the body into its parasympathetic rest and digest state. It’s designed for transformation and helps to gently clear  blocks, creating space to let go in an environment where it’s safe to feel the feels.   

For best results drink plenty of water before and after class, come wearing comfy clothes and bring anything you want to power up, including items to make your space feel cozy.
