You’re invited to join Ange and Kate on the Strawberry Full Moon from 11am-2pm for a Reiki Sound Bath at Sweet Freedom Yoga in Salmon Arm, BC.

Reiki Sound Baths are the perfect way to relax and tune inwards as you notice how you feel and work with your breath to let go. During this 3-hour session students will be invited to make different shapes with their bodies during a gentle yoga session, tune in to their senses through meditation assisted by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, experience a sound bath savasana, explore EFT tapping, soak up healing reiki energy with hands on assists, and more!

Please drink lots of water before and after the event, wear cozy clothes, bring a journal and all the things to make yourself as comfy as possible.
