This class is for experienced and beginner yogi's who are looking to fine tune their yoga poses by learning proper alignment techniques that can be modified to fit your body and level. No experience needed. This class will teach you various breathing and mindfulness techniques to deepen you into your practice and introduce you to yoga philosophy and how yoga can be incorporated on, and off your yoga mat.
