STUDENT YOGA

 Yoga at OK College

Angela is passionate about offering yoga to students. She believes that yoga and meditation within the school system would benefit all giving them life skills and tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression in such stressful times. She has to date taught at SMS middle school, and Okanagan college. Reach out today to learn more.

I am beyond excited to be able to have worked with Okanagan college to bring FREE yoga right to the college! I have always believed that yoga should be included into school learning settings to help students calm their busy minds and bodies, reduce stress and anxiety and help combat burn out with all the tools that yoga has to offer. These classes will focus on breath-work, mindful movement and light guided meditation and are open to all students attending O.K. College. Reach out if you have any questions.
