Barre Yoga is a combination of techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Ballet used in a upbeat fun class to get your heart rate up and body moving. This is a beginner friendly, low impact strength building and toning style class. Bonus! We end class by lounging out in stretching poses and savasana.

Wake Up Flow/ Flow & Restore At Sweet Freedom

Join me at Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio for classes

Wake up flow Mondays 9-10am is a gentle and beginner friendly class that gently guides your through a series of yoga poses that feel good in your body. A beautiful way to start your day! Tuesdays Flow & Restore is a beautiful balance between strengthening poses, pain and tensions release and breathwork blended together in a 75 minute class to invigorate your morning routine. A seated practice for all

Gentle Chair Yoga is for anyone limited to a practice on their mat but wish to get the full benefits of a yoga practice flow. Relax, stretch, tone and unwind in this flow from your seat. You will be surprised at how much you can do from your chair!

Wild Motherhood

A class for pre & post natal momma, babes & tots!

September - May

A perfect class for mommas looking for a way to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques with their littles in tow and connect with other moms in the community. Babes and Tots welcome. This class is a low impact strength class that will mix a bit of yoga, barre, breathwork and Pilates for a fantastic movement class. SUP YOGA

Stand Up Paddle Yoga

SUP Yoga is a fun and challenging way to take your yoga practice to another level. The natural world becomes your studio while you float on water and balance on a stand-up paddle board. The class begins with a brief on-land paddle and safety instruction. We’ll take a short paddle to warm up as well as to get accustomed to the movement and balance of the board. SUP yoga practice is great for establishing strength in the shoulders, back, legs, and core while increasing one’s focus and concentration. And, falling into the water is fun and encouraged!

STUDENT YOGA

Classes in schools & college

Angela is passionate about offering yoga to students. She believes that yoga and meditation within the school system would benefit all giving them life skills and tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression in such stressful times. Reiki is a form of energetic healing that originated in Japan. We all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing through our bodies and as Reiki practitioner I tap into and facilitate this energy by gently moving my hands just above or on the client’s body, to allow this life force energy to move and heal from the inside out. Reiki sessions reduce stress and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy in the body, mind and soul.
