Gentle Chair Yoga is for anyone limited to a practice on their mat but wish to get the full benefits of a yoga practice flow. Relax, stretch, tone and unwind in this flow from your seat. You will be surprised at how much you can do from your chair!


Heal and Align

This class is based on the ancient wisdom of chakra healing and yoga awakening. The chakras are vortexes or wheels of energy that run along your spinal column and when unbalanced may hold physical and emotional distress in the body. Come and learn about these chakras and flow in a sequence of poses to help bring them into alignment.


Stand Up Paddle Yoga

SUP Yoga is a fun and challenging way to take your yoga practice to another level. The natural world becomes your studio while you float on water and balance on a stand-up paddle board. The class begins with a brief on-land paddle and safety instruction. We’ll take a short paddle to warm up as well as to get accustomed to the movement and balance of the board. SUP yoga practice is great for establishing strength in the shoulders, back, legs, and core while increasing one’s focus and concentration. And, falling into the water is fun and encouraged!

She believes that yoga and meditation within the school system would benefit all giving them life skills and tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression in such stressful times. Reiki is a form of energetic healing that originated in Japan. We all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing through our bodies and as Reiki practitioner I tap into and facilitate this energy by gently moving my hands just above or on the client’s body, to allow this life force energy to move and heal from the inside out. Reiki sessions reduce stress and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy in the body, mind and soul.
