My name is Angela, I’m a mom of three daughters with a deep love for the mountains, the lake, yoga, and my community. I understand how full life can be, which is why I’m passionate about making
Wellness Support accessible, supportive, and sustainable.
Through yoga, movement, and holistic wellness practices, I help people reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and support their physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. My classes are inclusive, adaptable, and welcoming to all bodies and abilities.
Join me at Kanoo Wellness for weekly classes, community events, and wellness retreats rooted in care, connection, and honoring the teachings of the Mother Earth.
