Learn basic SUP (Stand up Paddle) skills as you are guided out onto the beautiful waters of Shuswap Lake. Explore your edge as you try different techniques on your board and build your confidence, strength, and balance. Learn a flow style yoga sequence that will build heat in your body and shake up your yoga practice by taking it outdoors and to the water!
