Some days are heavy and deserve to be poured out in tears, sketched out in words, released to the universe.
These days require your utmost attention and care.
These are days of reflection and deep breaths.
These are the days we let go of expectation and lovingly sit in presence with what ever and all that arises.
These are the days that blockages are released and we turn to forgiveness.
These are the days we are healing.
Don't deny yourself these days.

There is such a grasp on societies heart to BE happy, to FIND happiness that we as a culture have lost touch with our other very important emotions. We are emotional beings. This pressure to be happy all of the time has done nothing but cause the unhappiness that we all fear. This isn't our fault, we have done nothing wrong, we are all divine energy in search of the one thing that unites us all, and that one thing is love. But love isn't always happy, love is messy, and unpredictable, love is a courageous act of being vulnerable in all emotions and seen in all emotions of self. True love, for yourself and for others, must have these emotional days for healing too. So be kind to yourself, be kind to others and be "happily" in all your emotions.
