Barre Basics Yoga (4 Week Series) A dynamic fusion of yoga, ballet-inspired movements, and Pilates fundamentals—designed to build strength, balance, and body awareness. In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll move through a series of low-impact, high-reward exercises that focus on core stability, posture, and flexibility. Expect a playful yet mindful flow using the support of a ballet barre with plenty of options to modify or challenge your practice. Whether you’re new to barre or looking to refine your form, this class will leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and aligned from the inside out. No dance experience required—just a willingness to move, breathe, and have fun!
