This class is accessible to anyone who has injuries, disabilities or who simply wish for a low impact exercise routine. While being fully supported in your chair, move through gentle yoga poses, and focus on your breath to increase your mental and physical wellbeing. In this hour long class you will increase your flexibility, strength, balance and reduce stress and anxiety. This class is also great for anyone is in office work who need some ideas of how to maintain posture and relieve stress while at work! Bring in peace and calm and join me every Wednesday morning 9:30-10:30.
